1. Application Scope

WANGPAI product is suitable for containing gold and silver oxide ore, primary ore, gold concentrate, sulfuric acid slag, copper lead and zinc slag, cyanide tailings, anode mud, electronic materials, gravity separation flotation tailings and other materials containing gold and silver leaching, heap leaching, pool leaching, carbon slurry production process of leaching. WANGPAI and sodium cyanide production process is exactly the same, can be mixed use.
2. Shape and Solution
(1) The product is powdery and grainy.
(2) With the mixing bucket, ore pile backwater, over carbon place connecting one more opening, carbon bucket etc. flowing water ways to dissolve are the the fastest.
3. Alkalinity Adjustment
With lime, sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) adjust PH value to 10.5 - 12, check often and adjust timely. PH value is too high, affecting carbon adsorption, too low will hydrolyze, increase dosage.
4. Calculation of Dosage
(1) According to the grade of gold and silver materials and the harmful elements of leaching, the best dosage was determined by small test, may refer to sodium cyanide dosage, the theoretical dosage of WANGPAI is 0.1 - 0.6 kg / gram-ton ore (i. e., per gram gold of per ton ore, the higher the grade, the less WANGPAI dosage), the initial production concentration of WANGPAI may be higher, the normal production concentration is 0.1 - 0.7‰ (1-7 per 10,000). Determine the optimum concentration according to actual production.
(2) When the concentration of WANGPAI is below the optimum value in normal production, calculate the supplement dosage according to the water quantity: supplement dosage = (optimum concentration − measured concentration) × production water quantity, If the optimum concentration is 0.6‰, the measured concentration is 0.09‰, the water quantity is 600 m3, and the supplement dosage = (0.6−0.09) × 600=306 kg.
5. WANGPAI Concentration Detection Method
(1) Required instruments: 5ml pipette 1, 10ml pipette 1, red head dropper 1, and 50 - 100ml conical flask 1.
(2) Reagent Preparation
Chromogenic agent: Take 0.2 grams of rhodanine and dissolve it in 200ml acetone (or 95% alcohol), stored in a brown bottle stand by.
Test agent: Take 1.25 grams of silver nitrate and dissolve it in 500ml distilled water, stored in a brown bottle stand by.
(3) Operation Method
① Use pipette to suck 10ml WANGPAI solution (pregnant solution or barren solution) into conical flask, drop in 5 drops of chromogenic agent and shake well, the solution is light yellow. 
② Use pipette to suck 10mI test agent (silver nitrate solution) and slowly drop into conical flask, drop while shake at the same time, stop continuing to drip in when the solution in the bottle becomes light red, take note the number of test agent to be dropped, the amount of drops is the concentration of WANGPAI, if the amount of drops is 0.6 ml, WANGPAI solution concentration is 0.6‰(6 per 10,000), and so on.
(4) The results of traditional sodium cyanide test are different, but they can be used as a method of dosing in production.
6. Others
(1) WANGPAI is prohibited to store and transport with acid chemicals, food.
(2) Complex ores may be referred to conventional methods of pretreatment, the use of lead nitrate, hydrogen peroxide solution, ammonia, sodium peroxide (potassium) as oxidant and inhibitor, is good for leaching of gold and silver, but excessive dosage will increase the amount of WANGPAI, increase the cost of production.
(3) WANGPAI dissolves the gold and silver faster than the sodium cyanide, timely detect, timely adsorpt of dissolved gold and silver.
(4) WANGPAI refers to the temperature required for the production of sodium cyanide.
(5) After the dissolution of WANGPAI some water turns grey and remaining a small amount of undissolved substance does not affect the leaching.
(6) Apricot shell charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, zinc powder and zinc wire all can be used as auxiliary collectors, gold special coconut shell charcoal adsorpts gold more thoroughly.
